Once you place an order, our team will reach out within 1–2 business days to begin the design process. You'll receive a Google Form or direct email depending on the product, where you can share your vision, files, and preferences. From there, we create a tailored mockup for your approval.

We’ve designed our process to be as simple, transparent, and low-risk as possible. Here’s how we bring your vision to life:

Upload or email your logo/artwork when placing your order.

2️⃣ Design Preview in 24H
Our design team will create a custom graphic mockup and contact you within 24 hours.

3️⃣ Sample Production
Once you approve the design, we’ll produce a physical sample just for you.

4️⃣ Unlimited Revisions
Not 100% satisfied? Request revisions until your design feels perfectly on brand.

5️⃣ Final Mockup Confirmation
We’ll share high-quality photos or videos of the finished sample. Only when you’re completely happy do we move forward.

6️⃣ Mass Production Begins
After your final confirmation, we start full production—risk-free and fully approved by you.

Yes. Every custom order comes with a digital proof for your review and approval. We never go to production without your green light.

No problem! You can either:

Semi-Custom products, which require just a logo or simple input.
Full Branding Consultation, where we guide you through creating a brand identity from scratch.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

For logos or designs:

Most custom products start at a MOQ of 100 units. Some specialty products or consultations may differ — check each product page for details.

Yes! Once your design is finalized, reorders are fast and easy. Just select your quantity and checkout — no need to resubmit your design.

Changes are allowed before design approval. Once you've approved the final design, production begins and no further edits or cancellations can be made.

Yes. Our Full-Custom products include strategic design help and even logo creation. You can also book a Branding Consultation separately if you're starting from scratch or want expert guidance.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We offer a 100% refund if you’re not satisfied with the final mock-up design before production begins.

Once production has started, refunds are no longer available.

If you decide to cancel after receiving your mock-up, a $25 design/sample fee might apply — but don’t worry, this amount will be credited as a discount toward your next order.

No. The final quotation we send you is the final amount you pay. All customs duties and taxes are already covered by Wraptique.
