We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We offer a 100% refund if you’re not satisfied with the final mock-up design before production begins.

Once production has started, refunds are no longer available.

If you decide to cancel after receiving your mock-up, a $25 design/sample fee might apply — but don’t worry, this amount will be credited as a discount toward your next order.

No. The final quotation we send you is the final amount you pay. All customs duties and taxes are already covered by Wraptique.
